A friend bought me a Membership and Voucher for M2 Spa. Finally today I went and had a Cocooning Package and Facial.
All the staff are genuinely friendly, amazing, qualified therapist and extremely professional.
Throughout my 3 hours at the Spa my therapist was attentive. Asking if I was comfortable, is the pressure ok. He explained each step of the treatments, advised me when he was leaving the room.
I was so spoiled and relax, The 3 hour treatment seemed like 10 minutes.
It was a beautiful experience and just what I needed.
I am a qualified massage therapist and I could not fault anything.
Price wise I don’t think it is unreasonable as the therapist are fully trained and qualified and the spa is immaculate.
(Cheaper places the workers have on average 1 weeks training on all services they provide and are not qualified therapist. There is no comparison.)
Everything is spotlessly clean and the ambience is so relaxing and soothing.
Thank you M2 for making me feel a million dollars (not rupiah !!! hahaha)

I love this place. I really do. Have been many times. I don’t know what it is ,but this time it just seemed flat. Everyone was friendly ,the place was clean. Massages were good ,just lacked some effort I guess . Just something not the same. I wanna give them 5 stars again ,but not this time . Sorry

Booked my mrs and her friend for a massage here for Mother’s Day they were very happy with the surprise and found the whole experience enjoyable the staff were friendly and professional and very respectful they would recommend this spa.

I’ve visited Bali many times and while on the Island I get many massages. M2 spa is by far the best quality massage in all of Bali. Specifically, the massage therapies Jaki provided the best and highest quality services. Because of Jaki I came back multiple times to M2 spa and received multiple massages and foot treatments. He is very talented and highly skilled in the art of massage. I highly recommend this business and Jaki as the therapist. – Matt
